The SCHTEC SG 100 is a compact machine designed for cutting PVC glazing bead profiles at 45° with high precision. Its special mold design allows cutting of two profiles simultaneously, saving time. It provides safe and flexible use with pneumatic clamping and adjustable saw speed. With a 1.5 kW motor and 180 kg weight, it’s ideal for small workshops. Optional MA 270 and MD 272 measurement systems can be added for full automation support.
